How It Works

LotScore runs a nightly data pipeline that scrapes new auction lots, enriches them with third-party data sources including the EPC register, Police UK crime API, Land Registry and OpenRent rental data, then uses Claude AI to generate investment summaries, identify risks and opportunities, and score each lot.
